Innovate• Lead • Empower — Women in STREAM, the MakersHub way
MakersHub not only imparts knowledge of STEM; we create catalysts & changemakers who Invent, inspire, and influence.

Why Focus on Women in STREAM?
In a world racing toward automation, AI, and innovation, women’s participation in STEM isn’t just a matter of equality — it’s the key to sustainable progress.
- Women form 35% of global STEM graduates but only 28% of the workforce.
- India leads globally with 42% of female STEM graduates, yet most drop off before leadership roles.
- Only 13% of professors and senior researchers in Indian tech institutions are women.
These numbers reveal one truth — talent exists, access doesn’t.
That’s where MakersHub steps in — turning access into opportunity, capabilities into creation, and skills into careers.

Our Approach: STREAM EDUCATION for Women
We go beyond textbooks and theory. MakersHub’s STREAM EDUCATION framework (Science + Technology + Research + Engineering + Arts + Math) blends creativity, critical thinking, and hands-on exploration — because innovation happens when creativity, innovation meets engineering.
- 🧠 Hands-on Mobile Labs: MakersHub lab travels to communities, schools, and rural centers bringing tech where it’s needed most.
- 🎨 Creative Curriculum: Equal focus on technical skill + design thinking + research mindset.
- 🤝 Mentorship that Matters: Connect with inspiring women engineers, researchers, and entrepreneurs.
- 🕓 Flexible & Accessible: Weekend, hybrid, and mobile sessions that fit around daily life.
We don’t just teach tech — we teach women to own the tools of tomorrow.
