Baraneedharan began his career in 2006 as a Banking Officer in ICICI Bank under Structured Product Sales and Services (SPSS) division. There, he developed his skills in financial product sales, customer relationship management, and marketing. Over two years, he consistently achieved revenue targets and developed streamlined communication strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.

Then, In 2009, he joined Numeric Power Systems Ltd, where he served as Marketing Manager. His role involved promoting high-capacity UPS systems and green energy solutions. By fostering relationships with government clients and aligning with sustainability goals, he upgraded himself as a strategic marketer.

The Global Perspective: Expanding Horizons

In 2011, Baraneedharan took his expertise to East Africa as Sales Manager at MFI Office Solutions in Uganda. Over two years, he managed tenders and sales for laboratory and analytical equipment, building robust customer and supplier networks across Uganda and Tanzania. His ability to deliver tailored solutions and drive business growth in a new market laid the groundwork for his entrepreneurial aspirations.

Entrepreneurial Leap: STEMians

In 2012, Baraneedharan’s entrepreneurial spirit found its true calling. He founded STEM Solutions with a vision to revolutionize education through STEM—Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. Later, it’s rebranded as STEMians. Under his leadership, STEMians grew into a premier EdTech organization, integrating cutting-edge technologies like Robotics, IoT, Coding, and AI into school curriculums.
